The OpsPilots team consists of automation engineers and AI systems architects. We build production-grade systems for B2B companies in Ukraine, EU, and the US — CRM integrations, AI agents, Prozorro tender monitors, RAG knowledge bases, private AI deployments, and autonomous workflows.

Every automation runs on your own VPS or private cloud. Your data never leaves your infrastructure. This is not a positioning choice — it is the only way we build.

Full documentation handover
Every project includes technical documentation, a walkthrough, and 30 days of post-deployment support. You should be able to understand and maintain the system without us.
No retainer lock-in
Project-based pricing: you pay once, you own it. Ongoing support retainers are available but never required. The system works whether you keep working with us or not.
