Is the infrastructure cost included?+
No — infrastructure is separate and billed directly by your hosting provider. Typical cost for a running n8n automation system: $10–30/month for a VPS. We help you choose and set up the right size.
Do I need to pay monthly for the automation to keep running?+
No. Once deployed, the system runs on your server without any payment to us. The optional retainer covers support and maintenance — not uptime.
What if the project ends up being more complex than expected?+
We scope carefully during the assessment to avoid surprises. If scope changes after build starts, we discuss it with you before adjusting — never bill first.
Can you work with a fixed budget?+
